Laser Cut and Press’ factory features one the the newest single ram presses on the market in Australia giving us the ability to press brake form long parts at a variety of angles and shapes. We are able to customise tooling for specific radii. We have partnered with world industry leaders, using our unique forming capabilities to engineer solutions to modern forming challenges.

Our press brake can handle up to 250 tonne in capacity to bend thick or thin parts. Our extensive inventory of tooling includes a punch and die for vast range of channel shapes. All of our tooling is made from heat treated tool steel and is precision ground for accuracy. 

For bent parts with an odd radius, or extremely large radius, we can utilise step bending. Step bending is where the CNC press brake is programmed to make a sequence of up to 100 small hits that when put in succession, will create one large radius.

We have invested in a wide variety of tooling and have steadily increased our range of punches and dies.
